This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Zunetrova LLC via our website, https://zunetrova.com.

1. Our Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
 Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 In its original packaging.
 Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original saleable condition typically cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team first. We require a Return Authorization (RA) before you send any items back to us.

When contacting us, please provide your:
 Order number
 Name
 Email address
 Reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RA may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

As the customer, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

No Restocking Fee: Zunetrova LLC does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Zunetrova LLC will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping. Please report such issues within 7 days of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zunetrova.com or +1 (502) 348-2223. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping (typically within 1-2 business days). Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be processed as a return according to this policy.

7. Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
Shipping Method & Times: We offer Standard Shipping which typically delivers within 3-7 business days after processing.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Domestic Shipping Only: Zunetrova LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
